Very helpful and even came to my vehicle to diagnose the problem. Didn’t get his name but he was a younger gentleman with combed over brown hair. Great place!
The Napa location in Grande Prairie dropped the ball and "misplaced" my prepaid order and made a mess of my trip. Thankfully a tow company I ran into suggested to call up Pat's Auto Supply and not only did they get me more parts for my truck that Napa didn't have in stock but they actually did it for less money than the smaller order that I had with Napa. Didn't quite catch the guys name on the phone but he immediately started getting into troubleshooting the issues I was having with my truck and was very knowledgeable about my '93 F-150. I will be using these guys for all my runs and future car revivals when I'm up in that area of Alberta.
Absolutely incredible service. I was on a time crunched trip up to Alaska and had a sensor go out that caused braking issues. Not only did they have the part that no one else had, they were able to leave it in a pick-up box after hours. They were extremely communicative and helpful despite all the confusion of timing and part details. I can’t thank them enough for helping us continue our trip smoothly!

Was kind of given the run around about parts I ordered, that didn’t actually get ordered in the end, so I was waiting a while for nothing. It wasn’t entirely their fault, so I understand.
It wasn’t a great first experience with Pats, but they rectified the situation by reimbursing my freight cost and apologizing. I’ll likely do business there again
They always have what I need or can get it as fast as anyone else, and the price is always competitive. Great staff and a great experience.
